Stranger Things was a wonderful surprise. A loving homage to early Steven Spielberg and Stephen King, it succeeded by not relying entirely on its nostalgic trappings and instead creating a cast of characters worth rooting for, played by a incredibly likable cast. The show was a hit for Netflix, and a second season was inevitable. Some posited that the series should take an anthology route, and tell a completely different story with all new characters. But series creators The Duffer Brothers remain committed to telling the story of Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and the gang. A new teaser for the second season dropped today during the Super Bowl, and you can check it out below. Stranger Things Season 2 arrives on Netflix around Halloween of 2017.
